STC Supports Employee Education Programmes

Smart Trading Company teamed up with the Employment Office in Ostrava and became involved in their programme called “Support of Technical Education for Employees”. This programme specializes on the increase of technical knowledge and qualification of employees and is completely funded from the EU Structural Funds. Currently, technical employees of STC are undergoing a course on the practical use of the 3D CAD software “SolidWorks“ and the company welders are increasing their knowledge in the fields of visual weld revision and lean production. “More educational programmes of this type will be starting on the 1st of December. I am thrilled that together with the Employment Office we are able to provide our employees with the opportunity to increase their knowledge and qualification in the areas they specialize on,“ says the CEO and Co-owner of STC Michal Fuciman.
