Smart Industrial Park
The Smart Trading Company s.r.o. and The Smart Painting s.r.o. are both located in the Smart Industrial Park. The pilot project for the Smart Industrial Park was designed in 2005 and a area of approximately 18000 square meter was allocated for manufacturing and warehousing.
The first stage of the industrial complex was in 2005, restoring the existing premises and full reconstruction of building SOO1 (1650 m2), and in March of 2006 development of hall SOO3 (4000 m2).
The second stage started in July of 2007, building the biggest production hall and warehouse SOO4 (area of 10000 m2) followed up with hall SOO5 (1200 m2) in August 2008.
The third and last part is planned for spring of 2010 when all production halls and warehouses are completely built and in use.
Thanks to the Smart Trading Company and the Smart Painting partnership, with cooperation of other partners ,there is a new development project created which should link to our current facility and expand our premises up to 37000m2.
